Beneficial House

Beneficial house for artists with a view of the countryside, Baba settlement. The final form of the proposed complex was formed by a steep sloping plot. The foundation house is designed in the upper part of a densely wooded plot of land on a slope, below the line of the original functionalist family development. The natural environment, remote views of the landscape are the added value of this proposal. The use of the natural relief of the sloping land allows the use of a skeletal structure embedded in the slope.
