Family house with studio
Annotation
Design of an individual family house with a studio or work room. The house is designed for an upper middle class client with a normal modern lifestyle. It is located on a plot in Hanspaulka in Prague 6, between Na Špitálce, Na Kodymce, Neherovská and Na Fišerce streets. We pursue two basic design goals: the optimization of daily operation in the house and the simplicity and logic of the construction solution. We are looking for a reasonable balance between these demands, with the fact that the house will also have charisma, a strong and unified artistic expression.
