Recreation area - Štěchovice

My plan was based on the assignment in order to create 4 typologically identical objects, which will be used for short-term and long-term rental for recreation and leisure time activities. I created 4 two-storey buildings, located on the banks of the Vltava River. All buildings have the same layout, construction and architectural design and are also individually distinguished by the orientation of the individual elements. I emphasize the layout and the actual location of individual buildings to arrange maximum privacy. Even though the individual buildings are close to each other, they provide maximum comfort and plenty of individual space for landlords.
