The task of this project is to design a house for a fictional client, tailor and fashion designer. The goal was to design a house with complementary use for small business.
The house is located in Pusté Vinice, a quiet part of Prague - Troja. The site is on a slight south-facing slope and has a beautiful view over the city. The views is what I worked with when designing the working spaces. In contrast, I didn’t want the private spaces to face the street, therefore I decided to orient them to the west side of the garden. The reason the house consists of two separate parts is the division of the private and working spaces.
