Wellness

In a residential area in the neighbourhood of Zahradní Město in Prague, low-rise Academic Centre provides housing, working and relaxing spaces for students. The block of houses creates various public spaces. Each house offers a campus facility and a small apartment. The project of the Wellness Centre is organized on three levels: reception and wellness facilities on the ground floor, wellness pool with access to the garden is on the intermediate level and on the third level are saunas and cooling. On the third floor, there are two bedsits, one of them has a terrace.
