Otakarova workshops

Trying to find a use for a seemingly unusable piece of land. In Prague in Otakarova Street I propose a building of workshops with accommodation. A place for creation, culture and meeting. A house like a machine that can withstand the pressure of the railway. A building of 6 floors and 1 PP, with the main workshop space on the ground floor and accommodation cells on the top floor. The content of the work builds on the study and develops it to the extent of documentation for planning permission.
