House for Krištof Kintera

Bc. Michal Lada

Annotation

Krištof Kintera is one of the most active artists on the Czech and international scene, he regularly exhibits in renowned European institutions. The design of the house takes inspiration from its environment, specifically from Holešovice, where the old industrial development meets the new modern architecture. The main and most significant elements are the saw-tooth roof and a large terrace, where various exhibitions and screenings can take a place. The house provides the artist with the peace and privacy he needs for him and his work, as well as the possibility of organizing various exhibitions and other events, all in place with a beautiful view of the Vltava and its surroundings.
