Semi-detached house for me with my family and for my parents

The entrance to the building is on the west side. Two stairs are accessible from the vestibule. We go upstairs to my parents apartment. The apartment is located in the raised part above the entrance and garage. It consists of a living room, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom, wardrobe and bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a partition 180 cm high, which allows ventilation and rich lighting from tall windows of the south facade. Downstairs we reach my apartment. Under the stairs is a toilet serving two children's rooms. There is a bathroom opposite the rooms. The kitchen relates on them and the living room. The living room is accessible downstairs. The living room has access to the toilet, but also a utility room and a bedroom with a private bathroom.
