The Spirito Sano project is a proposal for a reconditioning, rehabilitative sports center in the environment of Modřanská Rokla. The low building is set in a sloping terrain with a completely green roof complemented by 2 water areas. Along the entire length of the glazed facade is a colonnade. The building has 1 ground floor and 1 underground garage. The organically conceived design consists of several functional parts. There is an open pizzeria followed by fitness and then a wellness area with sauna, spa and rehabilitation. The order of these parts is based on the energy that forms the main line of the project. The used materials are wood, stone, glass, steel and greenery. The energy solution should correspond to current sustainable standards with an emphasis on renewable sources.
