Scenic object

The theme of the assignment is to design an architectural space with a cultural or artistic function. The framework of the space is connected to the atrium of the FA building. The aim of my work is to create an elegant architectural element that points to an artistic artefact. This element is a staircase that rises upwards and reveals a view of the suspended object with the help of a small balcony. The shape of the staircase was inspired by the central staircase of Villa L by architect Poole Leber. My object also responds to the space of the atrium and replicates parts of it, emphasizing their connection and formulating my project in terms of content.
