HOUSE FOR MY LIBRARY

This semester we were given the task-to design our own library. First we had to choose the place where our small personal library will be located. I chose the Norwegian fjords. I wanted to design a library on a cliff overlooking the bay, because I find such a place something magical and soothing.(mainly for reading and thinking) I thought about the form of my library for a long time. My library-is an elongated pavilion that looks like a crooked mountain path or part of a maze. No road in life is ever completely straight, whether it is in reading or searching for any information. We collect knowledge step by step. And this was my inspiration and the main idea of the whole project.
