THE QUALLERY

This gallery is supposed to merge with the nature but bring it out with its concept at the same time. It is situated near a quarry on a heath, which offers a view on the city. The view is provided by huge windows on the west side of the building. In the entire space of the gallery, visitors can find unusual angles and fractures that represent the close limestone quarry. The exhibition area of the building presents a new exposition every month - whether it be panels with educational posters or statues and objects about nature, the gallery is meant to show works by all artists who are inspired by ecology and natural phenomena. When creating this building, the structure plan was used. The mass of the exterior walls refers to the sturdy natural stone all around in the surrounding area.
