Viewpoint - Journey

I chose the theme - city for my pavilion because when a visitor enters an island, he feels as if he is not in the city, because it is separated by a river, despite being in its center. I wanted to make visitors still feel as part of the city, but at the same time relax. The theme of the city is reflected in the pavilion by its strictness, i.e. sharp lines and regular shapes that contrast with the quiet spaces of Štvanice. This strictness is also slightly disturbed by the path of the lookout, which is glazed. The visitor can take a walk and let themselves be led to the end of the viewpoint, which gradually escalates and rotates around the pavilion or walk through the calm corridors of the atrium.
