Annotation

The WIMhof project is a design of a training center adapted for teaching and practicing methods of hardening and breathing exercises. These methods relieve stress, strengthen immunity, and support the overall resistance of the human body and mind. The building will be located on the parcel of the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant in Prague 6, Bubeneč, near the Vltava river navigation canal. The single-story steel hall's construction builds on the industrial values of the surrounding buildings and supports local values. The building provides elementary functions and the necessary facilities for training under the guidance of experienced instructors from the Czech Republic and abroad.
