Annotation

The Wimhof training center is primarily intended to offer meditation and hardening experiences. The most important part is the exercise room with a terrace, which is used for yoga and meditation. Wimhof is located in the industrial part of Prague, in Bubeneč. It is located between the new and old treatment plant in the immediate vicinity of the Vltava River. The river allows the biggest daredevils to harden right in the capital.
