HOUSE FOR SOUND DESIGNER

The house is designed for a sound designer who is engaged in the work of making films in the studio, to which he has the opportunity to invite the director and others to consult without disturbing the operation of the household. It is also possible to rent the studio, so it was necessary to separate the work space and the living area. It is almost a two-generation house, where there are two independent residential units. The family house is situated on a steep slope in Prague 4, V Lučinách Street, in a quiet area overlooking the pond. The dominant feature of the house is a large glass window that allows the passage of a large amount lights to the living room with kitchen and to the study on the third floor. The whole house is designed in a structural plan and has three floors.
