THR(OUGH H)EAD

The labyrinth "THREAD" is situated on a site by a foot of a mountain, with chateau Náchod on its top, close to main Masaryk's square. City's weaving tradition gave labyrinth its mass. Like cloth is made out of threads, so is labyrinth from corridors. As yarn gets connected to create fabric, labyrinth copies. It's corridors create route to our deepest inner thoughts and questions. Questions about the outside world, about our emotions in this word, hope, gratefulness, solitude, fear... We are separated from the outside by heavy corten walls contrasting with light glass facade panels. The outside walls get more see-through as we elevate on our journey. The highest floor is fully transparent - made out of glass and steel - a symbol of new hope, mindfulness, new start.
