My concept is based on the first project "The Fifth Room", where I use its principles. The floor plan is made up of three squares and the insertion of arcs, of the same radius as its side length, side by side. These shapes create imaginary cells and determine the division of the individual rooms - terrace, living area, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and bedroom. It is located on the shore of the Budín pond in Žirovnice. When brought to the site, a semicircular terrace with a roof is laid out, in which there are grooves with three sliding panels for shading. It is designed for living for one or two people or for recreational purposes. Trapezoidal sheet metal is used for the facade and panels, and an epoxy trowel with imitation concrete is used for the terrace and roofing.
