Vladislav Mirvald's gallery

Annotation

Vladislav Mirvald's gallery is situated on the eastern slope of Petřín Hill towards the Seminary Garden on the Malá Strana, which is part of the extensive Petřín Gardens. A structural plan was used to create the space. Thanks to its specific shape, it becomes not only a place for Czech artist exhibitions, it also offers a view of the Prague panorama. On the ground floor there is a reception with a cafe, which expands its space with the arrival of spring until autumn, when the outdoor terrace is open. Visitors can gradually go up the stairs to view the artist's paintings. The gallery does not have separate exhibition spaces, as the entire exhibition takes place on the mezzanines and partly on the fourth ground floor. The rigidity and overall stability of the building is basement.
