Pavilion on Štvanice

The city is a place for meeting, mixing cultures and opinions, it is home to all of us. I placed the pavilion to the current bike park, where people come to relax, interact with bikers and simply enjoy themselves. The main idea of the pavilion is to connect the two banks. Štvanice is located on the Vltava River between Karlín and Holešovice. The pavilion is to be another part of the centre of Prague. We can see it as a new city, a new house, another part of these districts. It has three basic parts that make it an "urban house". It is the arcade, the inside of the house and the tower. When one stands on the banks of the Karlin River and looks across the Štvanice River to Holešovice, the pavilion completes the panoramic view.
