This bean-shaped mobile home is a recreational property which houses up to two people. It is located on a meadow in a tripoint of Prague’s three administrative districts and meant to provide a stylish shelter for short vacations during the spring and summer months.
The entry hallway separates the otherwise open floor plan of the interior into two sides -
The daytime kitchen/work side and the evening bedroom side. A separate bathroom makes up the rest of the bean shape. The kitchen and bathroom counters as well as drawers integrated into the bed are used to create discrete and spatially conscious storage space.
The main view from the kitchen is oriented to the west, but the completely glass walls accompanied by sliding panels allow for arbitrary coverage of all parts of the house.
