POLYFUNCTION BUILDING PALACKEHO IN KOŠICE

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the completion of a block in the corner of a city block in Košice, Slovakia, between Bajzova and Palackého streets. The house with an exposed location solved the connection to neighboring houses, confirmed the street line and created an attractive place to live and work in a coworking center. The design also includes a commercial parterre with sales areas, a cafe and a headquarters for a non-profit organization.
