I placed the mobilheim in Poniklá as I associate the location not only with beautiful nature, but also with fond memories.
Periscope is designed for an active couple who want to take a break from their busy lives and explore the quiet beauty of Czech nature.
On the first floor there is a storage space and a bathroom with a toilet. The second, social, floor is inspired by tatami rooms.
The main points that I wanted to include in the project were the view and respect for the surroundings. The shape is inspired from the task of the Fifth Room, where I worked with the letter L shape. Then I slightly modified it to create a space that allows a view. The mobilheim has a facade made of local wooden boards, therefore it fits better into the landscape and does not create an aggressive contrast.
