Community center in Býčkovice

I would suggest placing two houses in the empty space of Býčkovice village fitting into the context of the village. A smaller house should fulfill an administrative function and a larger one a cultural one. In order for the houses to function as one unit and complement each other, they are connected by a glass corridor that closes the space between the houses, but at the same time everyone can see what is happening inside. In the summer, this area serves as a pleasant place to sit under the trees by the stream. The element of interior and exterior sitting parapets, which are supposed to bring the house closer to the public, is repeated throughout the house. A bite out of the smaller one of the houses serves the function of a bus stop waiting room.
