START-UP HUB
Annotation
The START-UP HUB building is situated on the rocky promontory of Baba, offering panoramic views of Prague. The entire building is integrated into a square grid. Access to the facility is possible from the ground-level road on the western side. This road is connected to a sculptor's studio and two residential units. Towards the end, this road opens up into the space between individual buildings, forming a semi-public area for visitors during vernissages. The semi-public area is further expanded with terraces. The main communication route is highlighted by a cutout in the square system
