Shared housing for students and homeless people
Annotation
The shared housing project is located in street Svatoplukova in the Nusle Valley quite near to the Nusle bridge. The important aspect of this project is a division of a long mass and its connection to surrounding buildings. Five floor building is divided into same three parts by two yellow distinct staircases. The ground floor is meant for commercial uses, moreover, it offers a job for the residents. One of the free spaces is used as an atrium which is surrounded by galleries in the higher floors. On top of a building is an intensive green roof which is supplemented by pavilions. The facade has subtle gray tones. On the front facade, there is also free space offering possibility of mural art.
