Sensitive organisation of public and private life. The building consists of three wings, the first wing facing the public road serves the public as a gallery and café with outdoor seating. The second perpendicularly oriented wing houses two studios. A sculpture studio with a height of eight metres situated on the 1st floor is complemented by a second painting studio on the 2nd floor. The studios communicate with each other through the staircase and the glass railing of the painting studio. The third wing is used purely for residents and houses two apartments. The whole connection between the public and private areas is made through the windows in the façade; the public can see into the studios and the residents can see into the public area.
