Memory of nations gymnasium

As ships sail through stormy seas and waves,we,students,sail through a stormy world. You just sometimes get slapped left and right, but why should school be a hostile environment, as it unfortunately often is in my experience? In the otherwise busy center of Prague,right next to one of the busiest streets in the whole city, there is already a pleasant, as far as possible,quiet patch behind the wall. I tried to design an open school that would allow a lot of interaction and be a welcoming place for everyone. A large, spacious corridor that can be transformed according to the current needs of the school is a place where everyone meets. They can make a coffee here,sit on the sofas, play the piano, gamble boardgames or go outside to sit. Classes can also take place at the outdoor tables.
