Family house for a florist

Eva Belosheikina

Annotation

The aim was to design a house that allows living in intensive contact with the garden. The house is on the ground floor and consists of three masses, terraced in the ground and connected to each other by a staircase: the first is closest to the road and includes an entrance room and a working area that also serves as a shop; the second middle part of the house is made up of a living room, kitchen, dining room and has access to the terrace on the southern part of the property; the third highest part contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. Due to the overlap between the volumes, the sun from the west side reaches the living room and bedroom part of the house through skylights under the roof. In the future, the house will grow with the garden and turn into a small residential landscape.
