Temporary multigenerational housing with a communal laundromat

This house is located near the Smíchovské nádraží train and metro station, has easy access to the city centre, and is intended to serve as temporary housing for two generations of a refugee family of five. It sits atop of an old garage shares a wall with the neighboring apartment building. The outside of the house is based on a literal interpretation of "temporary housing", its white walls and shallowly recessed windows imitating the look of a house made of paper. The family's rather unusual pet was also included in the interior design of the house - Hissing cockroach. A wall with a built-in terrarium divides the first floor into a kitchen and a living room.
