Community Center

In a residential area in the neighbourhood of Hanspaulka in Prague, low-rise Academic Centre provides housing, working and relaxing spaces for students. The block of houses creates various public spaces. Each house offers a campus facility and a flat. Project of the Community Center is located in the northwest end of the block. Main entrance is on the street level, leading to a lobby that is spatially connected with the main hall, which has a grand opening to the inner block. The upper floor is dedicated to an apartment containing a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet and a shared terrace.
