Wellness

The proposed low-rise high-density complex of the Academic Centre is trying to create a place for living, working and relaxation in the residential area of Hanspaulka, Prague. The block of houses creates a welcoming public space for both residents and visitors. The three-story building on the northwest side of the development has a wellness area on the first two floors and a student apartment on the top floor. Wellness is structured symmetrically, the dominant feature is a two-story pool area. The apartment contains a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
