Fisherman Centre

The fishing center project is an area with two facilities, which is aimed at fishing enthusiasts, but also for visitors to the Rohlík area, offering seasonal accommodation. The building closer to the water serves as private accommodation for the operators of the accommodation units and the shipyard, which is located under the private area. The second building, serving mainly as accommodation, also provides a large social space for visitors. The mass of objects developed during the design process from one object, then divided into two objects located in the immediate vicinity, separated only by an external staircase, to the final version - two completely separate objects. Both buildings are located on one line, which is the access path, from which the location of the buildings also depends.
