The pavilion is situated by the shore to be in direct contact with the reservoir. My task was to create a safe and comfortable place on the water. The main concept became a circular floating dock with a circular opening in the middle, defining a secure area on the water. The dock also allows for a great view of the surroundings and has an overall simple layout. A single bridge extends from the circular surface of the dock, connecting it to the shore. On the bridge, a structure with social facilities is attached, where you can find toilets, showers, and changing rooms. The dock can be utilized in any season – for swimming, cold water plunges, ice skating, or simply as a stop during an autumn walk around Jablonec Reservoir.
