Gemini

The Gemini house is located in the newly designed spa complex in Prameny, where it forms part of the spa accommodation. The property is south-facing and is set on a sunny plot just on the border between the forest and the meadow, giving one a sense of integrity and tranquility. The wooden building is constructed of CLT panels and is designed to accommodate two people, as its name suggests. The idea of gemini is also reflected in the form of two similar yet functionally different towers. The taller tower provides direct enjoyment of direct sunlight through a balcony and a meditation room with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing residents to make the most of both types of landscape from the comforts of home. In contrast the lower building is designed for poeple to rest when it rains.
