THE BISTRO

The bistro project on the dam is located approximately 50 meters from the shore and is connected to three other pavilions. The design embodies innovation and harmony with the surrounding environment, featuring a green roof with varying overhang sizes and French windows that connect the bistro to the dam's surroundings. Sliding doors are utilized throughout the building to optimize space and allow for access to toilets outside of the bistro's operating hours. The ground floor pavilion serves primarily as a bistro, providing visitors with a dining experience as well as a space for relaxation and rest. The aim was to connect the bistro with the surrounding nature, allowing visitors to enjoy a coffee while relaxing.
