Annotation

Meditation is a state in which a person finds himself in his own internal world, outside of ordinary reality. He loses his ordinary thoughts and his mind becomes calm. He does not think about the things that bother him and concentrates only on the perception of the moment. Thoughts just flow through his head or, more often, one stops thinking altogether and just exists. When meditating, some people are much more aware of their surroundings, nature, which over time induces calmness in them and they thus find a point to anchor their thoughts. This place is different for everyone, some find it on their own, but most look for a ready-made place for a relaxing moment.
