House for Penelope

Thema of our project was House for Penelope, wife of the Odysseus, the king of Ithaca and hero of a Homer´s story. Penelope has been waiting for her husband for ten years and during the time she has to face many pitfalls. She struggles with loneliness, eternal ignorance and fear, but outwardly she must remain strong, always able to rule and face suitors. And it is this house in the middle of the Ionian Sea that should allow her to feel safe and comfortable at all times.
