Priest

In the project "House for a Priest", the author does not limit himself to designing just a mere housing for the pastor; given the priest's role aimed at nurturing the growth of the community, he has chosen to focus on the community within the parish. Besides the priests personal space, the layout also includes a sculptural open-air atrium for gatherings and services and an indoor space for community events and a coffee shop as well. The project also makes use of light in a creative way, although the cross is not incorporated into the church at first glance, thanks to the cross-shaped floor plan it appears on the church walls as sunrays shine through the roof.
