Bike Shop House

Bike Shop House combines family living with a passion of fixing and restoring bikes. On the northern side we can find a small multifunctional space meant for a bike shop. It can be used both as commercial or private. The private part is dominated by the cylinder of the spiral staircase that directs the disposition and also works as a subtle nod to the cycling passion of the owner. Thanks to the glass bricks the cylinder also carries a skylight function since it distributes the light rays taken from the glazed roof above the staircase into otherwise darker corners.
