Maximum minimum housing in Štupartská

Annotation

The project was created as a response to the acute unavailability of housing for young people. The house consists of six above-ground and one underground floor with technical facilities. On the ground floor there is a common room accessible only to residents and their friends. Access to individual apartments is through communication spaces located on the exterior. There is always one apartment unit for two or four students on each floor. Each floor consists of two containers joined together. In the facade of the building, a gap was created between the containers for the placement of suspended greenery. In this case, greenery is used not only for its positive effect on the human psyche, but also as a direct reference to a mature tree, which would have to be cut down in the event of construc
