The building is characterized by a double facade made of perforated metal panels and a steel structure, ensuring effective thermal insulation and natural ventilation for a comfortable living environment. The central feature of the residence is a sculpture studio located on the northern side, ensuring proper lighting. Skylights above the studio allow natural light to enter, creating an inspiring work environment. The studio is designed with an open space and the possibility of various layouts. Thanks to the gallery, it is possible to observe the artists' work from above. Both apartments are designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, each having access to sliding panels for regulating light, privacy, and ventilation according to the residents' needs.
