START-UP HUB

The aim of the START-UP HUB for artists is to create a space for developing creativity, but also a place to relax. The project is divided into several modules, each of which provides a different function. The working activity takes place mainly in the western part of the building, where there is a large studio and offices. The private part is situated to the east, where the apartments on the second and third floors are located. The whole project is completed with a café and an exhibition room, which are spaces for spending time together.
