START-UP HUB FOR ARTISTS

The task for the summer semester was to design a Start-up HUB for artists (a sculptor + another artist of choice). The building had to include exhibition spaces, a separate living area for two artists, studios, a café, and an office. The plot is located in the northern part of the Baba settlement, on a very gentle slope, accessible from the main road Matějská, and is surrounded by a pedestrian pathway, with connections to playgrounds and sports facilities.
