START-UP HUB

The design of the START-UP HUB for artists consists of two buildings. One contains two ateliers, a gallery and an office. Second consists of a café, a technical area and two 3kk flats. A public space is created between the buildings, in which the original pathway is preserved. For my design, I was inspired by the functionalist history of Baba colony and the principles of sustainable architecture. The buildings have a green roof with photovoltaic panels and use outdoor shading elements.
