Headquarters

In the residential area of Hanspaulka in Prague, the low-rise high-density complex of the Academic Centre provides housing, working as well as a place to relax. The building is located on the southern corner of the block and consists of a two-story headquarters, a 3+kk apartment and a rooftop terrace. The structure is defined by a regular grid pattern, which adds importance and openness to the building. The dominant feature is a tower with a spiral staircase leading up to the rooftop terrace, offering views of the entire student block and Prague. The first floor of the headquarters with partitions serves primarily the public, while the second floor is a private space for employees with the director's office. The apartment is accessible from the northwest via a separate staircase.
