wine bar by the track

The assignment was to create a building that will serve as housing, but also as an object serving the public. We were supposed to create a new community in Praha - Strašnice on the premises of an old, unused track, where a new cycle path should eventually be created. I decided to create a wine bar operated by a couple who live upstairs in a smaller, cozy apartment. The wine cellar is designed for a few people, but it can also be used for various events, such as vintage, celebrations and events. Downstairs in the wine cellar, there is a large space intended for the production of wine, but it also serves as a place for the public. Outside there is a terrace and large steps where passers-by can also sit. The winery is surrounded by vineyards, which are daily tended by the couple.
