Music Club

The building is located on the north side of the development. Contains a two-story club with a bar, the last floor is a student apartment. On the corner is a glazed vestibule, behind it is a large open space in which is built-in floor. The bar is located under the gallery with a view into the hall. The upper space is airy and open thanks to glass walls towards the street. Entrance to the apartment is from the northeast side, a side staircase leads to it from the inner part of the block.
