Crosswise Cabin

Crosswise Cabin is a chalet located on the edge of the recreational area "Na Labi" by the Elbe Dam in Špindlerův Mlýn, designed to offer not only recreational but also educational opportunities thanks to the presence of a library and an information center. The area is organized around a central square, with buildings connected by a promenade. Crosswise Cabin serves as an accommodation for visitors and stands out with its unique design featuring a roof with a diagonal ridge. This structural element allows for the creation of corner windows, which are the dominant feature of the facade and provide visitors with extensive views of the dam. The cabin is carefully integrated into the original terrain, minimizing its impact on the surrounding landscape and harmoniously blending into the nature.
