BOARD RENTAL | LABSKÁ⁴

The board rental is a part of the Labská⁴ | recreational sports complex located in Špindlerův mlýn on the banks of the Elbe reservoir. The complex consists of four buildings that offer opportunities for active and passive recreation, each segment also offers accommodation. The rental building is functionally divided into floors - the first floor houses the rental, the second floor accommodation. The broader relations are situationally defined by two main axes, determining the directions of external routes, which relate to the landmarks on the opposite bank - the Mechovinec peak and the reservoir bay. Internally, the building is oriented towards its centre by means of an atrium and a glass roof strip in the centreline of the upper floor, which ensures privacy from the sides.
